This cable sliding variation of the Canopy, the Superman Flight, is known in other
countries, mainly in Europe, as the Vuelo del Águila or the Eagle Flight. It consists of sliding along the Canopy cables and over the treetops simulating a flight, with arms and legs outstretched and in a face down position. Speed depends on the incline of the cable and the weight of the person, which will be accelerated by gravity. A brake system, designed based on ropes and pulleys, is activated by the tour guide, in order to grant safety to the user s. In order to stay in a horizontal position, safe and stable, we use 2 harnesses with 2 separate pulleys each (for a total of 4 pulleys), one-waist harness and one chest harness both with back- anchoring systems. Each one of these harnesses is attached to 2 pulleys supported by 12” certified lines. In addition to this, a 24” safety line with an impact compensator  is installed.

The tour consists of a 550m slide, which is part of the normal 8-cable canopy tour circuit. On this cable, the longest of the canopy, one can r each speeds of approximately 70 Km/hr, spreading over a panoramic of the river where in all risks are fully controlled and excitement doses are let loose to a max.
